Product Refund Policy
Retail customers can return/exchange the product to/from the distributor from whom they have purchased the same, within 7 days from the date of purchase. They have to provide a valid reason for the return of the same and return the said products along with the original invoice of the product purchase copy. For customers to request a money refund or replacement of products, it is the distributor’s duty to satisfy the customer’s needs. Subsequently, the distributor can exchange the products from the company within 7 days from the date of invoice and must submit the following at the time of exchange:

 Copy of Invoice
 Products to be returned with a reason written by a customer on product return format.

Buy Back Policy
If the customer demands a refund, then the delivery charge levied will not be refunded.
